The Peacecamp Project: 

D.E.S.I.G.N

A rich variety of participatory creative activities has been lined up for the Peacecamp-Masbate project's participants.  We have incorporated the practicum approach with the lectures approach in conducting the indoor and the outdoor learning activities stretching across all three days of the Peacecamp,.to make this an unforgetable experience for the student and faculty participants, and inculcate the lessons deeply and indelibly. 

To enliven and enrich the forthright lectures to be delivered with due sensitivity to the playful interests and fun-loving nature of the youthful average participants, we will be having creative and artistic activities like body movement and group singing to 

deliver the content messages of the workshops and facilitated forums.

Individualized and group sharings will be interspersed with the singing and dancing and production of simple visual artworks.  All these activities and their workshop outputs will be carefully documented in order to provide inputs for the continued development of the Peacecamp design for future use.

Role-playing activities will be included to give the participants a taste of problem-solving and conflict-resolution work they will have to confront in one context or another in the future, long after the student participants shall have graduated from their high school in Armenia, Masbate province.
