The Peacecamp Project: 

O.R.G.A.N.I.Z.A.T.I.O.N

There were dozens of big and small chores to be prepared for to mount a successful Peacecamp- Masbate  and the artist-peacemaker facilitators who were recruited into the project's core team by the initiator, Reiki healer Hyacinth "Shayne" R. Merioles with roots in Masbate, were all busy with their diverse regular activities mostly in Metro Manila. 

So, the group members decided against forming an elaborate organizational structure for themselves and simply decided to take clear personal assignments from the long checklist of the interrelated spot tasks and areas of responsibility.

They were all consulted by Shayne before she made any decisions that the group could not meet on early enough to decide collectively. 

The group members all closely worked as a team as they carried their respective individual responsibilities, and the work plan and its details gradually took definite shape.    

The core team members around the proud daughter of Masbate are Orlando Tiu de Guzman, Cielo Lazo, Claire Madarang, Rem Tanauan, Yeyette San Luis, Osbie Santillan, Ding Reyes, and xxx.
